Question: Why is my bill estimated?
Answer: Your bill is estimated because the meter readers could not get an automatic read from the outside of your property. When this is the case, call the Water Office to make an appointment to have an R-900 installed, which will allow the water department to get an actual meter read from outside the property. Please be aware that estimated reads will continue to be based on past recordings if we do not gain access into the property. You are responsible to pay estimated bills until an actual read can be obtained and then the bill, if needed, will be adjusted accordingly.
