Question: Where do I mail my payment for Real Estate, Personal Property and/or Water bills?

Answer: Real Estate Tax, Personal Property Tax and Water bills should be mailed to:

City of Somerville
P.O. Box 197
Somerville, MA 02143-0197.

Include the collector’s portion of the bill so that you account is credited correctly by our bank’s lockbox payment service. If you do not have the remit slip, mail your payment to our office (City of Somerville Treasury, 93 Highland Ave. Somerville, MA 02143) and be sure to include your account number, property address, fiscal year and type of bill you are paying in the memo section of the bill.
