Question: How is a Scoliosis screening performed?

Answer: The School Nurse is trained to observe for Scoliosis through visualizing your child’s upper body. If there is a suspicion of Scoliosis the nurse will contact the child’s parents to arrange for further evaluation through their primary care physician.
