Question: Where do I get snow or weather cancellation announcements from the Schools?

Answer: In case of a snow or weather emergency, school cancellations will first be made by telephone to all homes in the District. Announcements will also be posted on the District Web site, www.somerville.k12.ma.us, and on TV channels 4, 5, 7, 15, 16, 25, and 56. Radio announcements will be made on WBZ radio, WBUR public radio (FM 90.9), AM 680, and all Clear Channel stations.
