Question: What is the Somerville Public Schools doing with the Massachusetts Expanded Learning Time initiative?

Answer: A series of community meetings were held in early Fall to discuss the Massachusetts Expanded Learning Time Initiative with members of the community. The District-wide advisory team to discuss the possibility of providing a universal, safe enriching extension of school-day initiative is preparing proposals to assess interest at the individual school level.
