Question: Why should I become a mystery customer?

Answer: In addition to helping improve customer service for all Somerville residents, the first 25 Mystery Customers to complete three separate transactions will earn a “Somerville Rocks!” T-shirt, and all participants will be invited to a reception with the Mayor to discuss the results of this program.
